H.E.A.T had already made a big splash for themselves in their homeland with Top 10 hits and got themselves to the finals of the Swedish entry for the Eurovision Song Contest with the excellent '1000 Miles'..

World domination was expected for our jolly Swedes after the release of their second album but they committed commercial suicide a month after it's release when a clash of egos meant that singer Kenny Leckremo went his own way playing his last dates with the band on low profile dates here in the UK.
Fans were in up in arms thinking it was all over. As soon as the roller coaster had reached it's height, it all seamed downhill from there. The fans were still in doubt when it was announced that the new vocalist was the winner of Swedish Idol 2009. All doubts were pushed aside with a successful slot at Download Festival last year with Classic Rock Magazine proclaiming: "A fully-fledged homage to AOR that bellies their youth, H.E.A.T are one of the weekend's unexpected highlights.
